Yeah Buddy Pre-Workout Review

I used to be so overweight that strangers offered me advice on how to lose weight. I only started exercising to lower my risk of diabetes, a condition that runs in my family. I used a pre-workout supplement, but I didn’t know about Yeah Buddy. It could have helped.

Things to Consider Before Buying a Pre-Workout

People take pre-workout supplements to increase energy, endurance, and focus when exercising. An ideal user is someone who already exercises a lot and wants to extend endurance during a workout session. However, it might not ideal if you have problems with caffeine.

Excessive caffeine increases anxiety, high blood pressure, and impairs sleep. Instead of using a pre-work with caffeine, you could try sleeping and hydrating more, as well as eating a healthy diet  1.

Here are things to consider before buying a pre-workout

  • Effectiveness: Choose a pre-workout that has enough caffeine to provide you with enough energy to sustain you through an exercise session – lots of caffeine stats here.
  • Mixability: It should be easy to mix the ingredients in the pre-workout, so you don’t have to keep shaking it when drinking.
  • Taste: The supplements come in a variety of flavors. Getting one with a taste that you like will help you get and keep it down.
  • Price: The pre-workout should be affordable so that you can use it during several exercise sessions.
  • Side-effects: Some pre-workout supplements have large amounts of caffeine which could cause side effects such as anxiety. If this is undesirable to you, choose one with less caffeine, but just as effective.

Presenting Yeah Buddy

The product is by Ronnie Coleman, an American bodybuilder with a line of supplements. It claims to give you intense energy, pumps, and endurance to improve your performance in the gym. It compares well to BPI Sports 1.M.R Vortex, a leading pre-workout that also has a good flavor, and it will provide you with the pump that you need for a whole exercise session.

The Yeah Buddy pre workout will work for you if you are looking for a routine that requires stimulants, including caffeine. However, if you don’t like caffeine, this might be too intense. You could try pre-workouts with lower caffeine levels. It will also not work if you don’t exercise.

Pros:

  • Good flavor
  • Good mixability
  • Affordable
  • No banned ingredients

Cons:

  • Intense
  • High cholesterol
  • Could cause itchy skin

Features and Benefits

This Yeah Buddy Pre Workout Review will look at the ingredients and their benefits, starting with the 2,000 mg of Beta-Alanine. This ingredient could help keep your energy up when engaging in intense workouts.

Research shows 2 that taking supplements with beta-alanine (like Ronnie Coleman Pre Workout) leads to an increase in the user’s power output when lifting loads and an increase in the number of sets executed during a workout.

While this supplement has less beta-alanine compared to others, it is actually a good thing – too much Beta-Alanine might cause itchiness 3. Feeling itchy was common while I was taking my pre-workout supplements. One time the itching was so bad that I had to go to the doctor to calm it down. A supplement like this one would have worked perfectly for me.

Yeah Buddy Pre Workout also has 1000 mg L-Citrulline. This is a bit on the lower side compared to the amount found in other pre-workout supplements. But it is enough to open up your blood vessels and increase blood flow, oxygen, and nutrients in your body to give you better pumps 4.

The supplement has 500 grams of Agmass Agmatine sulfate. Agmatine is the best nitric oxide booster, it will vasodilate your blood vessels to help rush blood in your working muscles, helping with pump.

The pre-workout has two ingredients to help you focus, Theacrine 50 mg and Choline Bitartrate 550 mg. I don’t know about you, but when I began going to the gym, I had problems concentrating on exercising. I would think about work, and zone out sometimes. So, a pre-workout like this would have helped give tunnel vision concentrate more in the gym.

Theacrine an ideal stimulant because it doesn’t have a lot of side effects. For example, you won’t get jittery and you are not going to grow dependent on it and keep using when you don’t need it.

Ronnie Coleman Pre Workout has 420 Caffeine Anhydrous 420 mg. This is a lot more caffeine than other pre-workout supplements have. It is a time-release caffeine dose though, meaning that the caffeine will have released gradually as you are exercising.

The caffeine will keep you energetic throughout your exercises. You might end up with more energy levels to engage in other activities such as running errands and you will still feel great throughout the day. But if you do not tolerate caffeine well, it might be too much for you.

The pre-workout that I used was had very little caffeine. So, I would be very energetic at the beginning of my exercise routine, but not as much toward the end. A supplement like this would have come in handy.

The supplement has 82.5 mg Yeah Pre Workout proprietary blend, which includes Synephrine, Higenamine, Phenylethylamine, Yohimbine HCL, and Adhatoda Vasica. While Synephrine will burn fat 5, Higenamine will improve athletic performance and weight loss 6. Phenylethylamine (PEA) has been designed to burn fat and help you focus and boost your mood 7.

Ahatoda Vasica is a plant that could clear your airways to help you breathe better. Yohimbine HCL 8, on the other hand, increases fat burning and blood flow.

Social proof

I have scoured the internet for reviews. Most of the people who posted a Yeah Buddy Pre Workout review were happy to use the remedy. Some talked about receiving an energy boost that kept them going through the entire exercise session. Others liked the fact that they did not have a crash afterward.

Excellent product from Ronnie Coleman series

“Having tried many pre-workouts over the years, this one may be the best I’ve ever used. The focus and strength I feel from it are amazing. Only downside is the product is prone to settling and hardening quickly and this can make it’s flavor horrible and almost induced gagging a few times when I drink it. If you can get past the flavor-it’s the real deal.”

But this stuff has a great ingredient list and packs a punch. Yea it doesn’t taste like grandmas sweet tea get over it, its pre workout some fancy Dijon cheese for you to pick out different nutty notes.”

Kill It is a moderate stimulant used to improve performance and workout results. Just like Ronnie Coleman Yeah Buddy, it has low Beta-alanine. It is, however, just as effective. The main differences are that it uses natural extracts of caffeine and has additional ingredients such as Glycerol, which increases blood volume which could boost vascularity and increase pumps.

Pros:

  • A lot of active ingredients
  • Offers adequate daily support

Cons:

  • Low beta-alanine
  • Foreign types of creatine
